I was satisfied with the booking services of the website and will look to use it again in the future. I did think that having to fax credit card information was a bit inconvenient as I do not have easy access to a fax machine. An online credit submission would have been much more convenient. The Xingyu Hotel in Shanghai was pretty good. Pretty good amenities, many I didn't use. Coupons for the bar, foot and body massage. The Western breakfast was decent, although the service was not very good. No one was was serving the tea or coffee. The waitresses just stood at their stations playing with the drawers. The only decent English speakers in the hotel were behind the front desk, ordering room service was very difficult. Maybe they could use a number system for ordering. I expected this, but I know maybe other travelers do not. Great location, you can see some day to day operations of non-tourist related china and walk only one block to the tourist attractions.
